1. Turn on the power: toggle the power selection switch as needed, that is, the power indicator light is on. The power selection switch points to vacuum for vacuum sealing, and points to vacuum inflation for vacuum inflatable sealing.
2. Put the plastic bag with the items in the vacuum chamber. The bag mouth is neatly placed on the heat seal (if it is used for inflatable packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag mouth).
3. Press the cover, the panel pumping (vacuum) indicator lights up. The vacuum pump starts pumping and the lid is automatically sucked in. The vacuum button can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the scale should be from low to high, and the amplitude should be small.
4. When the pumping reaches the set time (that is, the required vacuum degree), the pumping is over, the pumping indicator is off, and the inflation indicator is on, indicating that the inflation is started. The inflation knob adjusts the length of time to inflate (ie, inflate). The method is the same as above. If you do not need to inflate, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator will go out.
5. After the pumping or inflation is completed, the indicator light goes out, and the heat sealing indicator light is on, that is, the sealing process is entered. There are heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs on the panel to adapt to materials of different thicknesses. The range of action should be small to avoid a sudden increase in the heat sealing temperature and burn out the heat seal.
